What does Freeze Dried mean? 
Freeze Drying is a process which takes the water content out of products, similar to dehydration. The difference is that the product is heated in a vacuum chamber which is also freezing cold. This causing the water to turn from vapor to frozen and leaving a product which is different in texture and enhanced taste. 

Products can also then be stored for long periods of time up to 25 years depending on what has been freeze dried. 

IMPORTANT
Please keep out of direct sunlight and where possible moisture. Similar to a pack of chips, they can change the taste and the wonderful freeze dried texture. We recommend to store in a cool dry place and reseal if your storing for later use. 

We also recommend for young children to be careful as they can be a choking hazard. Children under 2-3 years old should avoid as best solution.
